Question: How much time does it take to charge the TicPods 2?
When the battery of both the earbuds and the charging case are depleted, place the earbuds in the charging case, then plug it into a power source to charge. It takes approximately 85 minutes for a full charge. The LED will flash red when the battery level is less than 20% and it will flash green when the battery level is more than 20%. The LED will be solid green when it is fully charged.

Pair without the Mobvoi app:
Open the charging case cover. The LED should flash blue to indicate that the earbuds are ready to pair. (Make sure the earbuds are in the charging case)
*If the blue light is not displayed, double-click the function key on the charging box
*Make sure the stickers on the earbuds have been removed
Find “TicPods” in your mobile device settings: ”Settings”-->’’Bluetooth”-->”Other Devices”
Tap on “TicPods” to pair. The device name will be displayed in “My Device.” You can now use your new earbuds to enjoy your audio and calls.

Question: How long can I listen to music on a single charge?
Enjoy up to 23 hours of music playback on TicPods 2, and up to 20 hours of music playback on TicPods 2 Pro with the charging case. Your earbuds will be able to play for up to 4 hours continuously. If your earbuds are out of battery, you can charge them for 5 minutes to get up to1 hour of playback.

After connecting to the Mobvoi app, you can view the battery levels of the left and right earbuds in the app.
Without the Mobvoi app, you can view the battery level of the left earbud (your master earbud) on your mobile device.
Question: What is the volume of the earbuds after pairing?
When your earbuds are connected to an iOS device, the default volume of the earbuds are the same as the volume of the device;
When it is connected to an Android device, the default volume of the earbuds will be at minimum volume. You can adjust the volume using touch or voice controls.
